Scope and consent
This Privacy Policy is developed for the site dragonlogistics.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
This Privacy Policy describes the Company’s established procedure for processing personal data collected through the Site and related services and tools that allow users to register on the Site and use all its features and services.
The Company processes users’ personal data exclusively within the framework of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the provisions of these documents.
By using the Site, the User gives his consent to the Company to process his personal data, such as (but not limited to) username; region of residence, e-mail address, contact phone number, other contact information at the user’s request; IP addresses, other communication data of users, addresses of cargo delivery, description of cargo, their location, movement, payments for services provided, etc., and also gives his consent to the transfer of his personal data to third parties, including the transfer of personal data abroad, to any third country, in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected, Received and Posted
Information Upon Request: When a User submits a request on the Site, the Company may request certain information, such as a valid email address, telephone number and other necessary, including personal, data. Users are responsible for all information provided and posted by them.
If the user decides to log in to the Site using a third-party authentication service, the Company may receive an additional profile or other information to which access is provided by such third party.
In the process of operating the Site, the Company may collect personal information, such as name and contact information, user participation in games, quizzes and other marketing promotions organized on the Site or on third-party sites by the Company. In the process of operating the Site, the Company may also process information related to the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including views of advertisements on the Site and on third-party sites.
Website and Mobile Data: The Company may automatically receive and record on its servers information from the User’s browser or any device, including the User’s IP address, geolocation, software and hardware attributes, pages requested by the User, data contained in browser databases, including SQL databases, mobile identifiers (including mobile device identifiers such as Google Advertisement ID, IFA or IFV), application usage information, and/or information about other devices used, or system-level information. This may occur on the Site or on third-party services.
We may also collect information that your browser sends each time you visit the Site. Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of the Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on the pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Site from or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information about the type of mobile device you are using, your mobile device’s unique identifier, your mobile device’s IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you are using, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We use your personal information only:
- to process a request on the Site;
- to fulfill its obligations;
- to evaluate and analyze the operation of the Site;
- to determine the possibility of the User’s participation in promotions held by the Company.
The Company has the right to send the User advertising and informational messages.
IP address, Cookies and mobile identifiers
During the operation of the Site, the Company may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies (cookies), pixels and local storage (such as in your browser or mobile device).
With the help of cookies, the web server can save, for example, preferences and settings on the User’s computer, mobile phone or other device(s), which are then automatically restored upon the next visit. Information Sharing
The Company reserves the right, as required by law, to share information with individuals and government agencies for the following purposes:
- fighting fraud and abuse on the Site;
- investigating violations of the current legislation of Ukraine or combating any other.
The Company may provide personal data of users upon requests from competent authorities, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of current legislation, including in accordance with Art. 93 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
The Company may transfer certain depersonalized information (data that does not allow users to be identified separately) to third-party service providers, trusted partners or authorized researchers in order to better understand which advertising or services may be of interest to users, improve the overall quality and effectiveness of services on the Site or services, or to ensure its contribution to scientific research that, in the opinion of the Company, can bring great social benefit.
The Company may transfer information, other than that relating to personal data within the meaning of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, which it collects to third parties who provide services to the Company, for the purpose of conducting research or providing services to Users, while the data transferred is the subject of this Privacy Policy, and involved third parties are not entitled to use the information received other than to provide the Company’s services.
The Company warns that it may be obliged to disclose the User’s personal information in accordance with the law, legal requirements, judicial proceedings or at the request of government authorities of the country of your residence or other countries. We may also disclose your personal information if necessary for national security, law enforcement, or other public interest purposes.
User Control
Users who have registered on the Site may access, correct, or delete the information they provide.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided or messages on the Site.

Storage of information about the User is carried out during the use of the Site. After the expiration of this period, the information is stored within the legally established time limits.
User rights
All Users of the Site are granted the following rights in connection with the processing of personal data:
- to know about the location of the personal data base containing personal data, its purpose and name, location or give the appropriate instruction to obtain this information to persons authorized by him, except for cases established by law;
- to receive information about the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom personal data contained in the relevant database are transferred personal data;
- to access their personal data contained in the relevant personal data base;
- to receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether their personal data are stored in the relevant personal data base, as well as to receive the content of their personal data that is stored;
- to submit a reasoned request with an objection to the processing of their personal data by state authorities, local self-government bodies in the exercise of their powers provided for by law;
- to submit a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and administrator of this base, if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
- to protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision thereof, as well as protection against the provision of information that is unreliable or defamatory of the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;
- apply to state authorities, local self-government bodies, whose powers include the protection of personal data, on issues of protection of their rights regarding personal data;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection.
Amending this Policy
The Company reserves the right to update, edit and make changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice to Users.
It is recommended to periodically review the Privacy Policy on this page. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are published on this page. The effective date of the changes is the date of publication of the updated Privacy Policy on this page.
If the Company has made any changes to the Privacy Policy with which the User does not agree, he is obliged to stop using the Site services. The fact of continuing to use the Site is confirmation of the User’s consent and acceptance of the relevant version of the Privacy Policy.
